This Privacy Policy may vary according to legislative or self-regulatory requirements, so users are advised to visit it periodically. It will be applicable in the event that users decide to fill out any form where personal data is collected, without prejudice to what is indicated in the “Privacy Clause” applicable to each specific form.

4. USE OF COOKIES. 

The Stay Elegance S.L. Web uses cookies. The cookie is a small text file that the web site server places on the hard disk of the user’s computer to collect statistical data about your browsing on the site and allow the display of advertising content. You may also be required to voluntarily provide a series of additional data for information and marketing of offers, services, or activities related to them and limited to the activities and services of The Stay Elegance S.L..

Users will respond, in any case, for the veracity of the data provided, being responsible for communicating any modification in the same, and The Stay Elegance S.L. will be exempt from any type of responsibility in this respect. The Stay Elegance S.L. reserves the right to exclude from the registered services any user who has provided false data, without prejudice to any other actions that may be applicable by law.

No third party outside the aforementioned responsible parties may in any case directly access your personal data without your express consent for each occasion, except those considered responsible for the treatment, which need access to provide the management service or development of the activity. 

8. USER RIGHTS. 

Users have recognized and may exercise their rights of access, cancellation, rectification and opposition, by written communication to the addresses indicated in each case or to the addresses indicated in point 1, identifying themselves and specifying their request, and providing a photocopy of their ID card or equivalent document. The Stay Elegance S.L., by virtue of Law 34/2002, of July 11, of Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, will not in any case 

send advertising and communications for sales purposes or others of a commercial nature to users without their prior request or consent. Likewise, they shall not send unsolicited or previously consented messages, nor shall they send chains of unsolicited or previously consented electronic messages. 

10. CANCELLATION OF COMMUNICATIONS IN ELECTRONIC FORMAT. 

The Stay Elegance S.L. informs users that, if they have requested the sending of commercial messages or alerts in electronic format, they may unsubscribe from this type of communication by following the instructions indicated in each case or by communicating it to hello@thestayresidences.com.
